In 2017, we implemented the design of the online shop for the sale of Medi K Srl training courses. This initiative represents a major evolution in the online training sector, offering users an intuitive and integrated platform for purchasing and using training courses.
What makes this online shop unique is its integrated connection with the Moodle platform, a learning management system widely used in education. Thanks to this integration, users can access the shop to purchase training courses and, at the same time, directly enter the dedicated area for course use on Moodle.
One of the main advantages of this connection is Single Sign-On (SSO), which allows users to log in once in the shop and be automatically connected to the Moodle platform as well. This eliminates the need to manage two sets of credentials and greatly simplifies the user experience.
In addition, the developed connector allows synchronization of courses posted on Moodle within the online shop. This means that administrators can easily update and manage courses on the Moodle platform and automatically see changes reflected on the online shop. This feature allows courses to be promoted and sold effectively, ensuring that course information is always up-to-date and accurate.
Working on this project was extremely stimulating for our entire team. We were challenged to develop innovative and integrated solutions to meet the specific needs of Medi K Srl in the area of online training. Through our collaboration, we were able to create a state-of-the-art platform that combines the ease of use of online shopping with the power and flexibility of the Moodle platform.
